Downstairs

Living room

Guests enter directly from the cottage’s private patio into the bright and airy open plan living room. This character room with wood beams features large comfy sofas and a wide screen TV. Stairs from the living room lead to the first floor.

Kitchen/Diner

A beamed archway leads from the living room into the open plan kitchen/diner. The dining table will comfortably seat all the family, on a country bench and chairs and overlooks the front patio. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with a fridge, an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.  You should find everything you will need to enjoy a self-catered holiday in North Devon.

Downstairs Bedroom

Down a small step from the living room is the cottage’s cosy single bedroom. The bedroom features a full size single bed, a dressing table and a handy wash basin. The downstairs bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite WC.

Family Bedroom

Situated at the top of the stairs is the family bedroom. This good sized bedroom with built-in wardrobe has a wood framed double bed, as well as full size bunk beds.

Double Bedroom

The final bedroom located on the first floor is a large double with a king size bed. The bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is located between the two first floor bedrooms. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a wash basin and WC.

To the front of the cottage is a private, enclosed patio. The patio enjoys countryside views, with a large table and chairs for alfresco dinners, as well as a BBQ.
